These files, were all created with the fractint formula system,
using formulas of my own.  The formula can be found in the
[pub.fractals.frm] directory in the noel.frm file.  Associated
parameter data is in the [pub.fractals.params] directory in the
noel.par file.  Not all images have parameter info in the par
file. All the mandelbots and julias that I have created have
been moved to the [pub.fractals.images.noel.mandel]
sub-directory.
